Warranty Policy for InnoQor Technologies

  1. Warranty Coverage InnoQor Technologies having its registered office at “177, Shri Veerabadreshwar Nilaya, BGS School, Near Bendre, Dharwad, Karnataka”, herein after referred to as (“Company”) warrants that the water purifier (“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the Product is used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the user manual. During this period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge, subject to the presentation of the original invoice and Warranty Card.
  2. Scope of Warranty
  • Functional Parts: This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of defective functional parts. It does not include aesthetic components such as the plastic body or non-functional parts.
  • Consumables: Consumable items like Pre-Filter, Sediment Filter, Carbon Filter, RO/UF Membrane, UV Lamp, Post-Carbon Filter, AAH Filter, and RO Membrane will be serviced at no extra cost if they become clogged within the warranty period.  However, replacement of these items is not covered under this warranty if they are consumed or damaged due to misuse.
  • Free Services: Free service visits are included within municipal limits, based on performance monitored via the InnoQor application.
  1. Conditions for Warranty Validity The warranty will be void if:
  • The unit is operated under conditions mentioned in the user manual.
  • The product is not used according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
  • Installation, reinstallation, or service is performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • The unit’s original serial number or any part is removed, obliterated, or altered.
  • Damage is caused by an abnormally corrosive, alkaline, or acidic atmosphere.
  • There are defects due to factors beyond InnoQor’s control such as lightning, abnormal voltage, Acts of God, or environmental conditions.
  1. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover:
  • Costs related to installation, de-installation, or re-installation of the Product.
  • Defects caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Replacement of parts not deemed defective, such as aesthetic parts or consumables beyond their service life.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from defects in the Product.
  1. Warranty Claims Procedure
  • Notification: The customer must notify InnoQor or its authorized dealer/service associate of any defects. The customer must provide the original invoice and Warranty Card for verification.
  • Inspection: Defective parts must be inspected by InnoQor’s authorized service centre. The inspection and test report will be final and binding.
  • Repairs: Repairs will be carried out at the company’s office/service centre. InnoQor reserves the right to retain any defective parts replaced under warranty.
  1. Warranty Limitation InnoQor’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. Under no circumstances will the liability exceed the value of the Product. The company is not liable for any delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to labour problems, government regulations, or natural disasters.
  2. Product Changes InnoQor reserves the right to change or improve the design and specifications of the Product without any obligations to previous buyers.
  3. Transferability This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  4. Legal Jurisdiction This warranty is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.
